A M A Z I N G hotel !!!! Very clean, very beautiful. The entire staff of the hotel really helped us with everything we needed. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). I want to point out that the employee named Daniel really helped me and he is a champion! I recommend everyone who comes to Warsaw to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

It is only a 5-minute drive from Lazienki Palace. The hotel has a parking lot. The single charge is slightly expensive and the parking space is very tight. After we paid, we couldn't find a seat and parked on the street outside the hotel. The facilities in the house are basically those of a convenient hotel, and diligent cleaning is an advantage.

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. The parking fee was doubled, but after the mention the amount was returned, but I didn't hear a word sorry, or even a gram of confusion that the service pages. It is clean, affordable and a good location, but it is definitely not enough to consider the hotel a good one.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Останавливался в одноместном номере без кондиционера (на улице было не жарко и такой вариант полностью устроил. Летом может быть жарковато). В целом все понравилось. Номер новый, хорошо оборудованный, но на кухне не хватало посуды и бумажных полотенец. Стиральные машины и сушки находятся в подвале. Иетрнете предоставляется на всей территории отеля бесплатно. Паркинг – за дополнительную плату. В отеле есть общая зона отдыха и проводятся разнообразные активности для жильцов. В целом все было хорошо. При нормальной цене – хороший вариант для ночлега в Варшаве.
