The customer service was lacking. The room was adequate, nothing more. The location was convenient to the National Mall sites.

Fridge was not working had to call maintenance. The location is stellar and front desk are kind. Lovely lobby.

The location is chic, 5 minutes walk to the white house. But the room itself was not clean, the toilet was dirty, they found paper on the bedside table from adhesive plaster for legs of previous customers. After leaving, they withheld from me $ 5!!!
