The hotel is well located, close to some interesting touristic sites, I traveled with my family and paid for a room for four, no extra pillows were provided for the extra guests and sofa bed was dirty and in bad condition (old and uncomfortable), no special room for breakfast so is very crowded

The WiFi service is really slow and sometimes it’s not working. But the food for breakfast is good and the hotel room is very spacious.

Very bad experience. We booked a twin room, but when we arrived, they told us that only the king-size room was left. The staff's attitude towards us was not good either, and it felt like they discriminated against yellow people. The hotel parking fee was almost the same as the room price ($65). The front desk staff said that we could park on the roadside at night. We parked for two nights and got a $280 ticket... The hotel also seized our car. At first, they didn't say that we couldn't park there, and the front desk didn't explain it clearly when we asked. After locking our car, they said they would charge us $75. We didn't understand why they charged us, so we asked why because our English was not very good. After communicating with the translator for a while, he suddenly said that we had to pay $150, which was very confusing. We asked him why, and he said that he wanted us to pay as much as he wanted us to pay, otherwise he wouldn't unlock the car... Later, he said that if we delayed further, the price would be increased to $450... It was really a very bad experience, so everyone should choose carefully.

Although we arrived late, almost in the early morning, the hotel staff was attentive and helped us with the reservation. Breakfast is good, although very crowded. It would be very good if the hotel could clarify to Trip.com that breakfast is included in the reservation, that is, it is complementary on the part of the hotel.

The location was good as it wasn't far from the subway, but cleaning was done once every two days and the overall facilities were very old, so I was a bit disappointed.

The location is very good, not far from the subway station. It is very quiet nearby. There is a large supermarket and a delicious pizza shop.
