Horrible service attitudes from the front desk, especially a guy name Jonathan.
I asked for a 30 minutes late check out, he replied coldly “No, I will charge you if you check out over 12”, instead of saying something like “sorry we can’t…” or “I am afraid we can’t…”
Basically all the responses from the front desk are cold and rude during the entire stay.

The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to all directions; the rooms are stylish and comfortable; the service is warm and considerate... It's a great place to stay for a vacation. I will stay here again when I come to DC!
