Worst customer service, that I have experienced in a hotel. First of all this place shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel because, it is not. It is an Appartment building, that rents few rooms out per night which is a great idea IF, they had a front desk to check you in, answer a phone call, let you into your room, or bring you an extra blanket when you badly needed one! NONE of those were possible, or happened during our stay! I had to be on the phone on hold 45 minutes in order to be able to check in into our room, because the app wasn’t working, then no one was there to help us get into the room- and, the icing on cake was - when we asked for an extra blanket by text, somebody very rudely texted me back, to go to another Appartment in the building to pick up the blanket… this was 3 hours after. I decided to not do, so…. Instead, I wore my jacket and slept with it on, during the night! Otherwise, the bad experience at the hotel, the neighborhood is great, and seems safe and vibrant but, try to find another place to stay!
