Hotel is nice, good location, rooms are clean and staff is friendly

The location was convenient for me and the staff is very friendly but the hotel is very stingy. You would think at $240 per night it would.include a light breakfast or something. The showers were modified so now they are very uncomfortable and the toiletries are scarce. One small soap for 2 people ...

This hotel was spot on for our needs. We needed to be in Georgetown near the university and this was a 15 min walk away. Hotel was easy to find and in a safe,clean and very nice area. Hotel its self was great. Staff very welcoming, all amenities we needed, lounge area, bar, restaurant and a gym. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and very clean. With toiletries provided. Absolutely no complaints at all. If you need to be in the vicinity of Georgetown university this would make a good mid range choice.

Good and very clear

We checked my son and I to this hotel for 3 nights. It's a total rip off. The hotel is outdated, the staff weren't helpful and no chain of command. One of the managers parked his car in a designated spot for special needs sticker holders where I paid 30 dollars per day to park my car. The food at the restaurant was very bad and expensive,we end up paying 60 dollars for 2 omelets and 1 pancake. The worst part is the beds got bed bugs, me and my son got many bites and when we confronted the manager he said they will ask a company to come and inspect the matter but they refused to give me the company's report, so I am assuming they were lying about it. Very disappointed with them as they didn't take any action on the first day when I told them we had bed bugs and on the second day they completely denied it. My vacation was screwed because we had to look for another hotel and move with my special needs son. They don't deserve 4 stars. 2 stars is their level.

Free upgrade to twin beds, the room is big, the price is not high, the cost performance is very good. The only thing is that the room was not cleaned on the first day after staying for two nights. I wonder if it is the same in the United States?

I got a standard room and was upgraded to a room on the 7th floor because the faucet was broken. There seemed to be no big difference in room type, but there were free drinks and bagged snacks for you to enjoy. This kind of trust in people makes me deeply moved. There is bus No. 33 near the hotel. It runs on the main thoroughfare in the city center and can take you directly to the White House. It costs 2 US dollars per person no matter how many stops you take. So the location is good, there are embassies next to it, and it is very comfortable to walk along the roadside and look at it.

There are no disadvantages except that it is expensive.

The room is very big, there are free chocolates, fruit candies, and biscuits to take, the service attitude is good, it is recommended.
