Not every big but with everything you need. The ground floor has a nice restaurant. The light in room could be adjusted to different colors!

Close to Capitol Hill and Union Station. Check in with the ipad system was difficult, and there is 100$ deposit when you stay as well which was undisclosed when booking. Early check in $55.

Great place to stay. It’s very close to the union station and the landmarks. Every flat has own drinking bar where you can take a coffee for free. The room has city view and smart controls of lights.

Amazing service, very clean and very close to everything. I love how nice the security is and very helpful with upgrading the room. I love the vending machine and how the lighting the bathrooms is. Definitely will stay at another Yotel in another area if possible and will come back !

The hotel is in a unique location, with famous attractions such as the Capitol and Chinatown within walking distance. It is not far from the subway station. The facilities are very new and the self-service coffee machine in the corridor is very convenient. The only drawback is that I often hear the door closing.

The room is slightly small but clean, the bed headboard is retractable and adjustable, the location is very good, and the service is good.

The service is a bit unsatisfactory. It has been 10 days since I gave the hotel deposit and it has not been refunded to my account. If it is not refunded, where can I go to explain? In almost every other hotel I stayed in in the United States, the deposit was refunded on the day of departure. Don't know why it's so slow?

Slippers are not provided in the room. When I asked for slippers, I was told they didn't have them. The room was relatively cool and even if I asked for a quilt, they were not provided.

For the most part, hotel rooms are great. Great for couples or traveling alone, however we did have a problem with the flush in the bathroom...they came and fixed it, but I could tell the toilet had a problem before. It left a sewer smell in the bathroom. Lots of miscellaneous charges upon arrival (HEADS UP) and parking is terrible. $50 per day, but you have to park your car or pay every time you come and go.

The location is great. It was conveniently located within walking distance from the Amway station and also within walking distance to the Capitol. The room was a little small, but I felt it was well thought out. However, it was a pity that there wasn't much light and it was dark. There's a pool on the rooftop, so you can feel like you're at a resort.

Beautiful environment, good self-service cold drinks

It's a hotel with quite new hardware and a great location, but I feel like the service isn't up to par. Even with the air conditioner turned off, there was still a whiff of cold air in the room. It wasn't a problem, but it was just a bit cold. Every staff member has a very good attitude, and you can't bear to give a bad review. It's still a new hotel, so I don't have enough experience. I hope it can improve as soon as possible. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. There are hot and cold water machines in the corridor at the elevator entrance on each floor. You can make ice cubes or make coffee by yourself, which is very convenient and practical. It's still like the setting of a domestic express hotel.
