Super small and loud rooms… I could hear every single word my neighbours said. I would never consider going back to this place. Also some rooms are in the basement

Very nice accomodating staff and great location! Also the rooms were small but as expected.

The hotel is not your typical dimension but it was clean and the mattress + pillows are one of the best I have slept on. The location was good as it was close to Metro, White House, Lincoln memorial, and Georgetown (walking around 20 mins). There is also a Metro station close by. However, it’s far away from the convention center though, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The one suggestion I have is to provide kettle for hot water in the room as well as bottle waters. Most of the reception reps are very helpful and cheerful, only the grave yard shift reception lady is not in a good mood (I know it’s grave yard shift…but). The elevator needs some improvement as well since it’s very slow… (I’m not sure it’s because of the elevator manufacturer or because of the old building).

Staff went above and beyond to help us with our trip. Our only complaint is that the room was small. Would stay here again.

Hive Hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room, consistently friendly service, and a perfect location between the Mall and Georgetown. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. I'll stay there again.

It's about 10 minutes away from the subway and not far from the attractions. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The space is not big, but it's acceptable. You can store your luggage for free and the service is pretty good

This is a hotel where you can stay at a good price in a good location in DC. The space is a bit small, but it has everything you need, the staff is very friendly, and it is located next to a school, so it is safe. The nearest station is Foggy-Bottom Station, which takes about 7-8 minutes on foot, and it is easy to access the surrounding area by foot, so it is very good for travelers. There is also a Whole-Foods market nearby, so it is good for buying light snacks. The only (big) disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room... It looked very clean, so I was relieved, but when I woke up on the first day, there was a barman on the wall..ㅜㅜ I mustered up the courage to kill him, and he was not found the next time, so I was able to stay at ease. It was an overall satisfactory stay that offset the disadvantages:)) And although the music from the bar can be heard until late at night, it was not enough to disturb the stay, and the soundproofing between rooms was much better than expected (maybe there were no other guests?! ㅎㅎ)

The room was small as expected, but I was not informed that the room would not be cleaned without reservation, and there was no sign in the room, which was a bit unfair!

The hotel is large and clean, and the service is very good. I am very grateful for the help and support given by the hotel staff. Thank you. I hope I will have the opportunity to come here again next time. I will come again next time.

The room is very small, two people can sleep in bunk beds, and the floor space is very small. It feels full with just two people standing. Everything else is very good, clean, comfortable and safe. We stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the room in between. It was different from other hotels.

It is a good value for money hotel. There is a bar on the first floor, but it wasn't too noisy. The bunk bed was also not very uncomfortable. However, it was a pity that the check-in time was delayed due to a problem with the hotel. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

On the campus of George Washington University, the surrounding is very quiet. It is two or three intersections away from the subway foggy bottom station. It is very convenient. The pizza in the small bar tastes good (no tip required) The only problem is that it is small. The first time I saw the front door, I thought it was the back door and I didn’t dare to go in. There is no room left after putting the bed in the room. It is still worth recommending

Close to Lincoln Memorial and close to George Washington University. The subway is a bit far, but the bus stop is close so it's good to get around
