We absolutely loved this hotel. Very convenient for the centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely pub downstairs. My only complaint would be that the room was unbearably hot. We had to have the window open in December to cool it down. Not so good for the environment. Would definitely recommend though and would absolutely book again.

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had difficulty working out the parking on the quay. More advice on rates and times would be useful for guests with cars.
