Very easy check in process. Parking is done with a QR code so no need to go back and forth to the vehicle with paper pass which is really nice. Property was spotless.

Place was nice as was the restaurant. The only thing I did not like was the checkin and the checkout. When I went to checkin the front desk told me to wait while they typed on computer for 5 mins ( I was only one there). So, I said I would use the restroom and come back. When I came back, he had issues checking me in due to breakfast coupons(had to call someone). On checkout, they did not have my email to send receipt and did not ask. I had to call the next day to get my receipt. So, front desk was not really prepared.

Excellent service provided, The Renaissance Hotel is an excellent upscale hotel that’s a great gem. Not downtown but the same benefits, in-room service, restaurant and bar provided , firsthand experiences. Thanks Renaissance Hotel in helping us celebrate 33 year anniversary 🌹💕
