The facilities are average and old. The location of the hotel is OK. The city view room can see Manhattan across the street. There is a ferry that can go directly to the other side. The room is a suite with one bedroom and one living room. Although the suites are not very large, they have all the facilities. The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately a wedding was going on at the same time we were staying there, so it was noisy and chaotic at times. But the room had a great view and the service was excellent. I really wish parking was included however, especially if you stayed like 2 or more days perhaps.
