The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and the price is not too expensive in the urban area. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than other hotels at the same price. The service attitude is standard and it is recommended. Brand new facility but the staff is not yet trained to welcome foreign guests. The registration to the police is their duty but they sent us the WeChat link to do it by ourselves. We had to insist so they do it.
The swimming pool is great. 👍
Dining service can improve too (why spoiling the food by pouring the wasabi sauce in front of us without instead of leaving the sauce in the pot for us to add the suitable flavor).
They are trying their best and we can feel their efforts but the result is yet to achieve. Better management should be provided to guide the team..

Parking is convenient, there are more than 10 parking spaces at the door, and there is an underground garage for parking. The guest rooms are well-equipped, clean and hygienic, with newer supplies and air fresheners. The hot water for the bath is very large, very hot, just a little hot water is enough. The water pressure of the shower head is too high and it is uncomfortable to wash on the body. It is recommended to improve it. Breakfast was too late, starting at 7:30, so I gave up because I had to hurry. It is recommended to go early to facilitate the guests who want to hurry. We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

GGuest UserThe whole town is covered in ”floral hotels” so be careful to go to the right one. The place is seemingly only half finished and the pool/rooftop we came for was of course not in use and more like a construction site. AC was very weak and I found it too hot to sleep at night. Walls around the toilet and shower are clear glass, so the room offers zero privacy. (I'm really wondering who enjoys watching their partner take a **** - I don't get the designs of these rooms at all.) However, I will say the staff was absolutely lovely. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful and they will arrange pick up and drop off for you to/from the train station and the scenic area. We had dinner and breakfast there and really enjoyed the food! They also provided wine glasses and a bottle opener for us for the alcohol we brought ourselves. The location is convenient and the view from the roof (wish they had seating!) is fantastic and a nice preview before going up the mountain. For the price, I really can't complain too much of course - just be aware of these things when you book. We really appreciated the car service and food, so for these two factors alone, we would recommend it!

NNarongritI was impressed by the hospitality of all staff here. When I first contacted the hotel, the manager offered me all transportations I needed including from Huashan station to the hotel, the hotel to Huashan entrance, as well as Huashan entrance back to the high speed train station. She also assisted me purchasing entrance, cable cars, and bus tickets. Even though I speak little Mandarin, our coordination was easy and went smoothly. The accommodation itself is located not far from Huashan entrance (~10 minutes by car). The room is affordable and suits for the price you pay for. The hotel did not have the breakfast at the time I stayed and was advised to find breakfast before going up the mountain (around the entrance area). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

GGuest UserVery satisfying hotel! It is right at the foot of Huashan Mountain, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The front desk is enthusiastic and professional, the room is clean and fully equipped, and hiking gloves, maps and earplugs are thoughtfully prepared. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station was provided. Since we decided to take the ropeway up the mountain temporarily, the young man enthusiastically sent us to the visitor center. He put our luggage in the car in advance and went down the mountain directly to the train station, which effectively saved time. The mattress is really comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

AAnonymous UserStayed with my son for two nights! Choosing Yanshan was a great decision... I was amazed when I opened the door. The layout is warm and tidy, and the room is quite big! The double bed is very large, and it feels like it can sleep four people. When I was chatting with the front desk, I was reminded to reserve Huashan tickets. I discovered that the tickets I bought from Ctrip were actually hiking tickets. I quickly asked the hotel to help me get the tickets for the second day of hiking! Very dedicated and tries to help. Here 👍 the hotel pick-up and drop-off station and the pick-up and drop-off tourist center services are almost always on call. They are very considerate and give tourists a full sense of security! All in all highly recommended!

SSteffanWe loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead.
The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports.
This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

NNathan.KGreat location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in.
Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

GGuest UserWhat you want to know: bathrooms are effectively fancy squat style port a potties. They're up the hill just past the restaurant.
Check in down the stairs from the food area at the window in the breezeway. Gentleman there was very helpful. For hot water in the morning, just push the flap aside and enter reception, it's just inside the door on the left. Yes the attendant is sleeping right there. Everyone does this before sunrise, so you're good.
The restaurant workers were fairly cold toward us.
If you intend to do the plank walk in the morning, for us in May, sunrise was at 530, we arrived at the plank walk entry at 625 before they open at 7, line was over 50 people long, we still waited 3.5 hours until we were on the walk.
