The whole room was buzzing! I was so convinced! I feel that some machine has been resonating against the wall, and I can’t sleep at all. I thought it was us. As a result, the people in the two rooms next door also came out at 2 o’clock. They all said that they couldn’t sleep. It’s too late. It’s hard to find other accommodations. I didn’t go. I just pushed it until 6 o’clock in the morning. After leaving the corridor, I found that the whole floor was buzzing in resonance. The people in the next few rooms didn't sleep. What's the use of the room and the hotel? I couldn't rest after spending money! ! ! ! !

RRachel EliseThe hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

The host is very friendly and helpful, he even did the pick up and drop off for us to and fro at the scenic area and train station. All our welfare are being taken care when we were staying at hotel. I would recommend strongly this hotel to my friends when they travel to Hua Shan.

GGuest UserVery satisfying hotel! It is right at the foot of Huashan Mountain, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The front desk is enthusiastic and professional, the room is clean and fully equipped, and hiking gloves, maps and earplugs are thoughtfully prepared. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station was provided. Since we decided to take the ropeway up the mountain temporarily, the young man enthusiastically sent us to the visitor center. He put our luggage in the car in advance and went down the mountain directly to the train station, which effectively saved time. The mattress is really comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is rich. What is even more impressive is the sincere smile and meticulous care of each service staff. They are well-trained and very dedicated. Thank you. We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The shop is decorated very distinctively, with billiards, game consoles, werewolf*, KTV, etc., and the proprietress said that there will be a swimming pool afterwards. . . There are Xiaodu smart speakers in the room, which can control curtains and air conditioners by voice, which is very convenient! The room is clean and quiet

NNathan.KGreat location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in.
Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
