This is a basic hotel situated centrally. Value for money option but it’s a basic hotel so do manage your expectation. I don’t quite understand why is the review this high? It’s good for a night stay. Hotel parking is NZD28.

Great location, even got a partial sea view! Rooms are a good size, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Recommend for a quick business trip or weekend away.

Great Location short walk to everything needed in minutes! Hotel Room was standart nothing special! room smelled musty as someone else said before and the room is kinda outdated other then that for anfew days its fine!

Great location! So close to all essential shops around the CBD. Not to mention Lambton Quay is only an elevator away. Rooms are lovely and tidy too

It was first time for me and my daughter to spent holiday in new Zealand. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Morerover, the hotel was near to city centre so it was very convenient. We slept very well and we will stayed here again next time. Thanks.

The hotel is very central and only 5 minutes walk to the Cable Car entrance and of course it’s very close to Zealandia too!
I only stayed there for one night as it provided 24/7 check in and I arrived Wellington very late in the evening. I have stayed in Travelodge in other countries before so I kind of know what to expect. The experience is pretty much the same this time.
The amenities are basic in the room but it’s sufficient. It is to my surprise that there is a microwave in the room which normally hotels doesn’t provide.

We like to stay in the Travel Lodge because of the central location, onsite parking and full-service facilities. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are responsive and friendly.
