Rooms have no fridges so I lost a bunch of lunch meat and brats. Air didn't ever get room totally cool had it set on 63 and was sweating when I woke up

All of the staff were amazing! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a wonderful breakfast in the morning with lots of options. We can’t wait to come back and stay again sometime.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. adequate breakfast and accommodations. Parking lot pretty full a couple of nights but mostly okay. Walking distance to Dollar General in case you forgot anything.

The front desk was awesome and the man that cleaned our room was equally awesome. The breakfast was quite good. Only comment would be the tables in the lobby/breakfast area weren’t as clean as I’d like, the couch in lobby had a cover on it, and a bunch of old/dirty pillows . The room it self was adequate and clean, although definitely needed new carpet and paint/wallpaper. Overall great stay, just needs some updating. The staff was wonderful.

Spent 3 nights here to fish in the Genesee and usually have a visit later in the year. Room is more than adequate for what I want and the staff has always been friendly and helpfu as I have been staying here for many years. Breakfast has a much as I need to eat in the morning and coffee there all day

Embarrassing and rude customer service. Beyond disappointed. The lady at the desk was sloppy and looked like a bum. Rude. Forced us to get two rooms vs one with two beds costing nearly $300. I can't even believe it.

Excellent room, hotel. Our guest speakers loved it. They even sent back pictures to their children. They were tickled. We as a church would definitely recommend your establishment to others in the near future.
