This place is a hidden gem, about a 90rmb didi ride from the train station, but well worth it; in fact, that is its charm. The hotel is absolutely stunning and so is the view. We were upgraded to a higher floor with a better view, and all our requests were met by the staff with the utmost care and consideration. The location of this place makes the experience complete. Situated overlooking a bay with white sand and scattered rock formations, and the best water visibility this side of Sanya, this place is worth the trip. I highly recommend a stay here for a night or more.

This place have a big standing the room is just amazing! Big swimming pool , good place to chill and take a rest ! The working people a very nice ! Breakfast is just perfect , Chinese and western . The only problem it's just a little bit far to the center is you want walk but they have some driver can bring you where you want . This place is just amazing

Stayed here with friends for a mini staycation and had the best time! We checked in and the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a panoramic sea view room. Staff are great! The balcony overlooks the pool and stretches to the South China Sea. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. Nearby within walking distance is another stretch of Gaolong Bay, that has fresh boat to table seafood and local eats. There are also many attractions within driving distance such as Tonggu Ridge and Soong’s Ancestral Home. The staff are very helpful and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. At night you can listen to the gentle ocean waves. Another plus is the pool, which was basically empty during the low season.

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

It looks like a nice big hotel. Decorations are old fashioned and sort of typical for these kind of hotels. They provided free slippers, tooth brush, comb and water. The location is ok. It's around 3km away from the old street. The only big downside for this hotel is bad smell everywhere - corridors, rooms, towels. I kept my suitcase closed so that my clothes wouldn't get the smell. All hotel smells like mold and cigarettes mix (although I couldn't see any mold). I kept my balcony open the whole night so it wasn't that bad. I got reminded of the smell when leaving the room for checkout.

The service of Miss Hong at the front desk is very considerate. We were looking for a place to check in more than 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and the service was very warm. Staying in the sea view room for two days, it is equipped with a buffet breakfast. The breakfast is very rich. The Hainan noodles made by the master are delicious. Thanks to the manager on duty, Manager Fu, for sending us fruits. Will ask us about our staying satisfaction. Came to Hainan for a self-driving tour week and stayed in several residences. The accommodation experience and service at Jinshi Hotel deserve my five-star praise.

I have to say that the hotel's breakfast is too rich, the dishes are rich and varied and can be delivered to the room on time. It is a surprise to leave the store and send a beautiful gift. Next time Wenchang will give priority to Yunju Hotel!

This is a good value for money hotel. The room is large, but the equipment is slightly older and the bed is larger. Overall, it's OK. The service was okay, but don't stay in a north-facing room because the floor would seep. So I was moved to a south-facing room at night. The breakfast is relatively rich and edible. There is a popular Wenchang spot downstairs - Jiyingchang Chicken. You can try it.
