周圍環境很好，空氣清新；酒店房間也是乾淨舒適的，服務態度好，還送了水果；有小童泳池和恆温泳池，早餐也還可以。缺點是小童樂園設施有些老舊，還有浴缸的下水道竟然有蟋蟀，聲音很大，用水龍頭沖了兩回才沖走蟋蟀。其他都不錯！

環境適合長者孩子出遊，酒店身居山中遠離喧囂空氣清新，旁邊就是天鵝堡滑雪場可以帶孩子去體驗一下，沒有劃過雪的也可以去因為有暖心的教練二百一個小時基本一個小時就可以學會，長者可以去泡温泉放鬆一下，也有無邊框泳池。

別墅還是挺乾淨的，温泉工作人員非常熱情周到！保安大叔也十分盡責的送進送出！
餐廳裏有位耳邊有痣的工作人員不是很專業，室內泳池有點缺乏管理更衣室衞生條件一般.

第二次入住，負氧離子高，適合朋友聚會一起玩，避暑勝地，就是山路有點繞，鎮上有農家樂，早餐豐盛，邊上就是銅鈴山公園
