The hotel was just renovated last year, the environment is good, the price is high, the sound is good, the room is good. From the beginning of entering the hall, I feel particularly high-grade. As soon as I enter the waiter, I smile and say hello. The service attitude is very good. After checking in, I also remind the front desk that there is a free roasted sweet potato 🍠 to eat. The hygiene in the room was very clean and it didn't disappoint me! When I took a bath, I found that the shower gel was very fragrant, and the taste of Chanel's camellia facial cleanser was very similar. It was really tasteful and tall. Five-star recommendation

When navigating, I don’t know why it’s particularly difficult to find from the back door trail. The next day, the road from the front door is very wide. I think it’s still good. The hotel can be, the layout, the design environment are OK, but the service is not very good. When you go, you can’t give 2 pairs of slippers. Really speechless, but the environment design personality is a bit special, this name is a bit like a hand workshop, and the hotel does not match the Gaha, but it still feels good to live in, the door facilities are still general, not particularly convenient, or the environment inside is OK, the premium for National Day should not be too serious, So... think about it,

My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty - the staff was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive, especially Julie, thank you for the outstanding service.The room itself was immaculate and tastefully appointed - a luxurious oasis to relax after a busy day. I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

The room is neatly decorated and any problems can be dealt with in a timely manner. The location is very good, next to the MixC. The view from the room is also good and you can see the sunrise. When I checked out, Allen Yan's service made me feel very warm. He helped me move my luggage and gave me a small gift.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The location of the hotel is also convenient if you’re traveling with kids coz there are theme park and ocean world aquarium to walk around and play nearby. Aside from the convenience Store, pizza hut, watsons, and kfc we also see 2 coffee shops around the area. The staffs are helpful and friendly which is for me a huge factor during our stay. They tried to attend our requests and needs fast and efficient.
