I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is opposite the Olympic Sports Center. It has just been renovated. The facilities are very new, with Xiaodu intelligent control and smart toilets. The hotel rooms are all on the 15th to 20th floors. The sister at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us the 19th floor. The room, standing upstairs and looking at the scenery, is really beautiful! Just in time for the heavy snowfall that Wenzhou has experienced in decades, the snow scene is even more beautiful! All in all, it feels great and amazing! Next time I come to Wenzhou, I will stay here again. The price is also very affordable. A very good hotel experience.

It’s a good price for a quick in and out especially for short engagements. We were there for a busy weekend and it was nice to come back and sink into their beds. They are clean with all amenities. The building is under construction so the elevator was quite sandy. Breakfast was okay with variety. The staff, very courteous. In short we enjoyed our stay. I don’t know how it would feel if you are planning a staycation. Oh and we were given evening fruits which was pleasant though unexpected.

This is a superb hotel. I can’t recommend this enough. It’s so close to Times Square, superb restaurants and shops. It’s just a winner.

I have been coming to Wenzhou for 12 years now and can safely say this has been my favourite hotel so far. This year I brought my family including my 6 month old baby and it was super comfortable and easy. The staff really are amazing here. Especially Johnny, who went out of his way to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Im not one for writing reviews but seriously couldn't have stayed at a better place, Highly recommend it

The service of the lady at the front desk was absolutely great. She brought me a cup of tea when I entered the door. When I checked in, she told me that snacks and popsicles were free. There was nothing charged in the room. When I left, she also gave me a bag of snacks to eat in the car. It was really considerate. The service of this hotel is really great. I will stay at her house again if I have the chance.

The room was nice and modern I liked the bed as well. The breakfast wasn't what I expected from an international hotel. The only foreign food was some toast and jam!

Everything is perfect, wenzhou is my hometown and I didn’t come back for many years, stay just 50meters away from wuma street bring back a lot memories. The hotel is new renovated, free snack and coffee at anytime, super clean room. Also the staff in the reception was really welcoming and warm. The rooftop offer a amazing view of downtown Will Definitely come back again

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. The breakfast in the hotel is rich and the prawns are fresh. There are also snacks for lunch. It’s nice to have snacks when you get tired from shopping at noon. The location of the hotel is very good. Wuma Street is not far away, so it’s nearby. There is also a large farmer's market with low prices and local fireworks. The hotel front desk is very welcoming. Our red-eye flight check-in time was very late, and the front desk completed the check-in quickly. When we left, he walked us to the door and helped us carry our luggage to the car. By the way, the hotel’s free roasted sweet potatoes are particularly fragrant and delicious. I will choose to stay there next time. I highly recommend this place.

My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!
