Poor service, room lock was not available, lipstick stains on bedsheet and pillow cover, hot water facility not working in first room. Next night they changed my room. Did not respond till i called twice, some police complaints n shouting happening downstairs

This hotel is very bad, there is no ac in room, and price is so high and room lock was not working and tv not working and bed is unstable. Overall this was horrible

I booked this hotel through make my trip platform, found rooms were so unhygienic really awful experience, decided not to stay in the hotel. Moreover paid money hasn’t been refunded yet.
