On Saturday 9/14/24 we had come from a funeral of a lifetime friend, we were exhausted and stressed. Our reservation was not what we had expected and I was not very happy. I spent almost an hour with Hilton Honors on the phone and kept getting cut off. I was at my breaking point when eventually things were finally resolved with Hilton Honors/American Express. Then Ikran the front desk manager gave us a beautiful room with perks, the restaurant served us wonderful food/drinks and the check out process at the front desk was very accommodating. We were so relieved, rested and happy and it reminded us of why all these years we have been a Diamond Member of the wonderful Hilton Corporation. Many Many thanks to such incredible staff, may we continue to enjoy our relationship.
