Poor hygiene conditions, rats running around. The pillows glowed. I upgraded the hotel room to the third floor at my own expense and it was slightly better. I barely slept for one night and moved to another hotel the next day. I negotiated to check out and get a refund, but the hotel did not agree. Poor experience. The pictures are very different from those on Ctrip. For hotels with such hygiene conditions, contact Ctrip itself to review them before listing them on the platform
