The hotel's infrastructure is slightly outdated, however, its location is conveniently situated near the Old Town. The staff, from the receptionists to the room service personnel and cleaners, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and provided excellent service. 2 times at here, and there is always great, the hotel was really good. the hotel clean, fast check in and the room was comfortable, and breakfast have many variety in wetern, indonesian and chinese (the dimsum is very delicious) friendly and honest staff, central located, minor things are the bulding is old. Anyway its nice experience in the hotel, good job Mercure Kota !
