The staff was really helpful and soft spoken. The service level was upto the mark. The location was Prestine. Room was spacious with all amenities. FNB team - santi, bzen ,bhupendra,chewang,alish all were courteous and took due care of us. Highly recommend to go with your friends and family

Spa, food and rooms are just too good. Room interiors blend just aptly with the sikkimese theme. Must visit!!

We had a truly memorable stay at Chumbi Resort! The location was breathtaking, and the resort's design beautifully complemented the surroundings. Our room were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. A special mention to chef Bimal who went out of his way to prepare authentic Sikkimese dishes tailored to our tastes—a real highlight of our stay. We’re especially grateful to Mr. Ashish, the F&B manager, for his exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to arrange the local drink, thumba, making our experience even more authentic and memorable. The staff Sunita, Uggen, Alina and each one whose name I do not recollect were warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. We’ll cherish these memories and would love to return for another holiday! 1. Resort is absolutely beautiful n marvellous. Kanchenjunga view from resort is breathtaking. Property is so well maintained by such good hearted, nice, hardworking staff. We had an accessibility problem n staff made sure that they take care of every aspect so well that we don’t suffer even a bit. Our welcome was grand, they asked us to come straight to our room by car and greeted us right at the room entrance, made accessibility arrangements at the room. Ashish Chhetri (F&B head) arranged everything so well, he also deputed Ugen to us as a Butler for our stay there. Ashish and Ugen always had smiling faces, whatever was asked they provided to us. There was a Diwali celebration function organised by the Chumbi staff n we were invited, we felt blessed to have been able to Attend a Sikkimese style Diwali celebration, it was filled with fun, music, laughter, beauty all around. Never thought Diwali could be this fun. They all sang traditional songs and then staff and guests all danced also. A special mention for ‘Anirudh’ who is a singer, he made the evening memorable, he is a talented singer. The chefs there know a lot and cook great food. We had a special Sikkimese thali n are glad they asked us to try it, it’s made with local Ingredients grown organically at property, chef also gave us Korean dessert it was mind blowing. Last but not the least, special mention to Housekeeping staff specially Keshang, Pratibha & Santi, they did spotless cleaning n decorated room with artsy creations every day

It is an amazing place. The staff is very warm, lovely ambience and especially staff member, Alina made it really special with the fresh room decoration...everyday. Delicious food Enjoyed every bit of our stay at this beautiful property ....loved the vibes

I just checked out, best resort, hospitality is on next level, mouth watering food, rooms r very neat n clean, natural views from resorts awesome,resorts staff always ready to assist at any time, i rocomonded to all that u must stay here while u were in pelling 😇😇👍

I went to Pelling in October, 2024 and stayed in this property. I found the staff to be Very courteous especially Keshang who very very helpful. This is a Beautiful property and I enjoyed my stay here. The tourists sites are not far from this property

We had very comfortable stay over there with chumbi retreat , service were really good . Each & every staff were really polite Co-operative and friendly specially miss Alina. The room was spacious clean & beautifully decorated with all the amenities . with amezing kanchanjunga view
