The hotel is convenient to the interstate and there’s a Perkins restaurant nearby — the town of Milford isn’t far away either. We did have two concerns. Not only was the corridor freezing cold, but so was the room even though the room air conditioner was turned off. We went back to the car to get sweatshirts. To us, it’s a waste of energy. And secondly, there was a trail of dry mud on the floor as we entered the room. We were too tired to ask for housekeeping, so we just walked around it on the way to the bathroom and the door. Otherwise this Hampton is fine, and we would stay here again. Our concerns were relatively minor.

It's very convenient, rooms are big and functional for our needs. I prefer a shower to the tub which was a bit dated, but again, functional and perfectly fine for our needs.

The property lacks value. It was too expensive with no working internet, crushed cheerios still in the hall 24 hours later, a bathroom light not working, a disgusting sticky charging station next to the bed and a ice bucket that hadn’t been cleaned. And everyone we heard at the front desk was complaining too.

I just want to say that Dawn the Mgr on and Solo( spelling may be wrong, sorry) they were excellent!! Please know that Dawn was so helpful to me as the hotel across the street wasn’t ideal for our stay. So many things wrong!
I placed my reservation and called. Dawn kept me confident that this hotel would be great! It exceeded our expectation. Clean, friendly staff, rooms nice and exactly what we needed.
Thank you to Dawn and the trainee Solo for making me feel comfortable to trust this would be a good fit.
She is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She is training someone who is very nice and smiles and willing to learn. If she trains him like her work ethic - how wonderful that will be! He will be set up for success.

Only thing we didn't like was having to get our room keys recharged every day because we don't have a cell phone to be used instead. I guess today's lodging assumes everybody has a cell phone.

There was something that looked like blood splattered on the ceiling of our Room #214. Very creepy, disgusting and gross. Will not be staying here again because of it.
