First of all we had an amazing time from start to finish. Our wedding block was here and we had roughly 50 guests at the hotel over 3-4 nights. Megan in Sales was great to work with and helpful answering all of our questions. Austin and Max at the front desk were awesome. Also our bartenders Sunday night (sorry forgot your names, probably because you rock) kept the party going!! I’m not aware of any of our guest having any issues, hotel was very accommodating of all requests and our bride/groom suite was Baller. Thank you all so much for making our weekend run smoothly!! 10/10 would recommend

Was very dissapointed that the front desk staff lady around 3:30 pm Sunday 9/1 was so rude. The stay continued to dissapoint when I had to ask each and every day for housekeeping and in five days they only came once depsite the posted policy stating if you asked a day in advance they would come more than once every third day. The pool was disgusting, they should put a cover over it when it is not functional. The breakfast was one of the worst/cheapest I have ever seen. The redeeming quality was price and that the room we had was relatively quiet even though it was not any of the requests I had asked for.

# 1 importance to me when staying anywhere, is a good night's sleep. The mattresses were sooooo comfortable and decent pillows too. Clean rooms, and #2 is great shower head pressure, which was excellent. The showers have safety handrails and a nubby bottom to the tub for extra no-slip support. We also liked the staff... friendly and helpful. This hotel's location was perfect!! Equidistant from Boulder & Denver. We visited: Morrison, Colorado Springs, Lakewood, Golden, Boulder, Estes Park and Greenwood all in 5 days... getting back to our hotel with ease each time. It's right off of Route 36 (Denver-Boulder Tpke)

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

Glad I took a chance with this hotel. Just finished up a stay here and was very surprised by some of the previous negative reviews. It seems that management has indeed changed and that's definitely reflected in the honestly great stay I had here and my first ever stay at an Aloft. Warmly greeted as a Platinum member and received a goodie bag with a nice hand written note and $15 snack/drink coupon to use. Also given a 3PM check-out with 0 issues which allowed us to do some shopping the next day. Rooms themselves were immaculate, bathrooms spotless with zero grime. Room was very very spacious and had a great view towards the Rockies. A/C worked really well on a weirdly hot October day. Definitely make sure you're friendly with whoever you share the room with because the bathroom is open layout and not a separate room from the sleeping area. There was a nice pool in the courtyard area I had hoped to try but didn't end up having the time to. Area the hotel is in is very nice with lots of food options and next to a higher end apartment area. Highly recommend this hotel!
Reception staff friendly. Really liked the offer of free cookies in the lobby and have not seen this at other Marriott properties. I had seen there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby and asked if there was one but receptionist said she didn’t know. Turns out it was across the road! We used the pool and jacuzzi. Tiles were very dirty especially in the jacuzzi and ceiling and walls had large areas of peeling paint which detracted considerably. Breakfast was standard. Annoyingly the attendant kept standing in the open kitchen doorway hovering and pacing - unsure why. The worst thing was at 8.30 the reception staff came over and helped themselves to a big plate of breakfast and cooked some toast. This was at a time when other guests were eating and it meant the front desk was unmanned at a peak time when people were checking out. Another staff member then came and filled her drink bottle with free juice. Very bad look. My biggest issue was the thin walls and the noises from other rooms. The room next door had the TV on loud and I ignored until midnight thinking it would go off but no, it was on all night. I ended up knocking on the room door and received no response. I then ‘chatted’ online at 1.37 a.m and asked if someone could call the room or do a check. No response. I called front desk several times but no answer. An hour later at 2.27 a.m I got a chat response saying was it resolved. No it was not but still nothing happened. The next morning at 8.30 a.m I sent a chat about it as the receptionist was having her free breakfast. No response. As a customer services manager in a large National company and a Marriott Gold Elite level member I find these actions fell well below the mark for a Marriott property.
GGuest UserVery clean hotel and wi-fi was great compared to other places. Pool was under renovation, but fitness room was nice. Had room next door with loud tv, but front staff handled it right away. Breakfast still limited, but was still good.
GGuest UserIf it wasn't for one receptionist with an attitude, the stay would have been great! A little on the expensive side and I wish I they had a little more in the recreational area. Great location where you can catch the bus.
Moving here from Florida has come with its share of difficulty and challenges. As we were navigating around the metro Denver area deciding where to stay temporarily, Extended Stay was our best option. However, we did NOT have the best experience everywhere/at each location (we’ve tried 3). I was very reluctant on continuing our stay with this company until we came the Westminster and experienced Kaila. She was thee absolute SWEETEST, kindest, funniest person we could’ve experienced and provided stellar service. Kaila goes over and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, and greets us with so much grace. She is an absolute JOY to encounter. THANK YOU KAILA for turning our experience(s) around. We are so content with staying here until we find a permanent place. While the entire staff and establishment is great, I can’t speak more highly of her.
I also have had pretty good luck with La Quinta. Until now. Checked in, dinner break from a meeting. Room ended up being at the back of the furthest build west, right next to I-25. Parking lot practically deserted, wondered why I was so far to the back of the building. Obviously a older building, pretty dirty, appeared tired. BTW, a non-fire-sprinklered building. Got into my room, I grabbed a kleenex to blow my nose.......I can find no trash can in the whole room, kinda funny, until your are piling trash on the bathroom counter. Thought maybe it was in the clothes closet, find handle is half ripped out of the door, and interesting light colored stain running down the face of the door. Looked back at the beds, and notice the foot of each, is about 2 inches higher than the head. Went back to my meeting, got back about 9:00 PM,, parking lot still deserted on my end. Exterior light on the corner by my room is doing this psycho flickering, as is on of the lot lights.Just the lack of people around, the weird lights, kinda unsettled me, was glad to get into my room. Later, in the shower/toilet room, noticed some more staining, streaking, on the inside of the door, this time darker colored. Now I wonder if they ever wipe down interior surfaces in this place. I go to turn on the double bedside light, and one side is not working. I think maybe the bulb is loose. Nope, just MISSING altogether. Bonus was right before turning in, I found the added bonus of the curtain in disrepair. High note, surprisingly, the bed was comfortable, and I slept like a rock. That is the only reason why this is not a one rating. Although the highway did create some noise, and when the wind started in the early morning, I sure knew it. I believe this is by far, the worse review I have ever posted.
Ttexasgirl4everI booked a three night getaway for myself. The staff greeted me the minute i walked through the door. They explained everything and were super friendly and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and the staff gave me what i asked for. The room was very comfortable. They even had the air conditioner on so the room was cool when i arrived. The room smelled very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff informed me later that the beds were recently replaced. Everything i wanted on my getaway this hotel provided. The next time I need to get away , i will be staying here for sure.
