We were supposed to stay here for a week for soccer nationals. We only could stay one night because of the construction fumes, dirty elevators, and workers all over the place. I do want to say how wonderful the staff was though. They are aware of how construction is affecting the guests and did everything to try to make us comfortable and happy. Special shout out to Lane at the front desk . He was wonderful and patient and hopefully when the hotel is renovated, Lane and his team will all get a break from the complaining. I do not believe the hotel should be renting rooms out while they are renovating.

We booked this hotel on points but we were seriously disappointed. The room had a faint smell and everything in it was worn. From the furniture to the toilet seat. The elevator was a construction project, they are working on the updating the property. The pool furniture was so bad, rusty and ripped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that they charged us $12 a night to park was ridiculous. Not sure how they let this place get this bad and hopefully they can fix it up quickly.

This property was by far the worse hotel I think I’ve stayed at. The check in process was terrible the lady told me it would be months until I received my deposit. Then I go to the room 609 this room was soo dirty I didn’t even want to sleep. I had already checked in and paid deposit I didn’t think about getting a refund but at the end of the day I never stayed here because it was so dirty

The accommodations were good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with Internet needed for business. Smoking neighbors and loud barking dogs were the only major downsides.
