The hotel is beautiful and so are the surroundings. But, first we were told that the room we had booked with 2 beds was not available and that the reservation didnt show that. After a bit of arguing it was fixed. At check out, we were charged again an additional 400 because we were told that ******* hadnt paid them. This is outrageous!! ******* charged the credit card the minute the reservation was completed. Why do we have to pay again?

My family and I had a lovely stay. The food was excellent, the pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect. We will definitely be back in the future.

I think this was a horrible experience for us, given the amount of back and forth we had to do because of unavailability of our room. Moreover, several double payments from our end made it horrible for us, and I'm still awaiting the refunds. This is absolutely terrible from both Hotels and Mariott and I am just horrified with everything I had to go through just to try get things right for me in this trip
