The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There was an older gentleman that was cleaning was very judgmental and kept asking about my appearance and would give me dirty looks any time I would walk in and out of the building. There wasn’t a call about check out. Over slept so I get an angry knock from housekeeping and when I asked about extending the stay she very rudely told me it was after check out and to go talk to the front desk. Besides the service the young tall man gave me I wasn’t very pleased with my stay. the bar of hands soaps were open. The bathtub was chipped which made it look dirty. The water wouldn’t fully turn off so it was leaking. It took me a while to be able to get the heater / ac to get going. The tv is basically a prop it doesn’t work and couldn’t get the cable box work either. When I did try to extend my stay everything was fully booked so I wasn’t able to extend in all honesty which was stressful but I fully understand that.

The hair dryer and TV weren't working so I gave this info to the desk as I was leaving for the day. When I returned both had been taken care of. Breakfast was good, lots of choices, including waffles, fruit, juice , cereal & coffee. Check in was easy, clerk was very friendly.

Upon checking in, I was advised that there would be a $40 refundable deposit for booking through a third-party app. I reported cigarette burn holes in the comforter as I do not smoke and wanted to assure them that the damage was not mine. The bathtub was badly discolored plus had the strainer out of the drain and lying in the tub. There was a crusty/fuzzy white residue all around the drain. I still have not received my security deposit refund, I have decided this is likely a scam for extra money.
