Really enjoyed our stay they let us get on with our own bingo even let us use their tickets staff were lovely but best of all the food was so good The place was lovely and clean and in a lovely place. All our group really enjoyed it and said they would reccomend to anyone

Very close to Beach front and venue car park was good to have too. lovely lady on check in very quick & easy, will definitely stay again.

Came home yesterday from the royal Grosvenor hotel I was on a coach trip Monday to Friday this is the second time I have stayed here the staff are fantastic reception bar staff cleaners and the hard working ladies in the dining room the menu was great lots of choices you get well looked after they have extended the balcony outside lovely wicker furniture tables and umbrellas it's overlooking the pier and sea I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody I didn't want to come home after being well looked after

A dated building but noticeable improvements and investment.
Shower broke so had to be hand held but very spacious.
The staff in reception was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was filling and fresh.
Had a pint, not the best and the old boy behind the bar bless him tried but could do with a more welcoming approach.
Represented good value and would not hesitate recommending or staying again.

After leaving the house at 4:30am I decided at 3pm to book a hotel room as it was going to be a longer day than expected, little did I know it would be even longer and more stressful after booking in at this place.
I arrived at 19:15 almost 15 hours after leaving home, just needing a shower, maybe a beer and a bed. I was greeted by a completely closed hotel, no lights, no life, no one answering the phone. All this despite taking payment 4 hours earlier.
Avoid.

Went with u3a holiday group organised by Just for Groups. Delightful ,recently updated room & shower room. The food was delicious & served by the most efficient team of youngsters. Altogether a really enjoyable winter break with friends.

Have just returned from a fabulous 5 day break at the Royal Grosvenor Hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and went out their way to ensure everyone was happy. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a lovely sea view and food and entertainment were excellent. Highly recommended!

Came down here on a coach trip,I’ve been on plenty and for the money you pay they are always basic.This hotel is in a great location.I paid for a single room and they gave me a double bed.My room was on the ground floor with a balcony and sea views.The buffet breakfast was lovely and the evening meals were good also.The evening entertainment was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant.
