Some sort of reception in the pool area made the advantage of the pool-side room null. It was also a little disappointing that the water pressure was so low - even on the first floor.

This hotel feels more like a resort than a Best Western hotel. The shower, bed and room is exceptional for this level of property. The pool area was indoors - heated and a wonderful environment. We stayed 3 nights and will certainly stay again if in the area. Nice place!

We got the suite because of the fridge and stove. The stove was broke and we told them about it, nobody came to fix it nor seemed to care. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode and had no glass plate inside. Adult swim is supposed to be in the later hours and there were little kids running and jumping into the pool and throwing a ball across the pool. We went to the hot tub and one of the kids literally jumped in the hot tub and splashed us twice. We left the hot tub to go sit on the chairs. When the children all finally got out of the hot tub there was something brown floating in it and we called it a night after that and just went back to our room and stood there the rest of our stay. I don’t think younger children should be in a hot tub, especially not unattended. I get it’s a family fun hotel, but it needs structure.

It’s probably a fun place to stay if you’re a kid or in the mood for a party. The noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Not our cup of tea and won’t be returning.

Desk staff was polite and welcoming. Rooms are on the smaller size and the room doors creaked and didn’t close real tight. You could hear the door next to your room opening. Found a pasta noodle on the floor of the bathroom, question the cleanliness

I loved my hotel room! That’s coming from a picky guest. My room was spacious, WARM and so very comfortable. The bed was great with an excellent amount of covers.
I had quality towels, coffee and nice shower.
The hotel and restaurant are very busy. The pool gets lots of use. The pool area is very chilly with a breeze from the HVAC. The common areas are also quite chilly.
Overall, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat because my room was so wonderful.
The continental breakfast- institutional, processed and just like the other chains. The Raisin Bran was good. 😊
