An amazing stay at the hotel, impeccably clean, staff amazing & friendly, total relaxation.

Hotel is lovely, stayed numerous time's before but the bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. We asked to swap and we were much better. Wonder if the cheap room rate is given to more tired/damaged rooms

Hotel looks amazing upon arrival, golf course and impressive looking building, but as soon as you get to the rooms it goes downhill. Vey basic rooms and facilities - no aircon in the double room we had, just a pedestal fan and windows overlooking the kitchen vents. Those vents kicked in at 6am and were very very noisy waking us up. In room facilities also basic and lacking. Small TV and just 1 shower gel and shampoo for a double occupancy room. Beds are very uncomfortable Better value and facilities at a Premier Inn

Would definitely stay again. All staff welcoming, friendly and polite. Great service, food and complex is amazing. Credit to all.

This is an amazing hotel on amazing grounds! Spa is top notch.. absolutely wonderful. It’s busy but they cope with everything really well. Best massage and facial ever, and I have never seen such a well appointed spa with so many different types of sauna/steam rooms! This hotel is all about the food! Breakfast - massive selection, all high quality. Bar food is great, and facilities are huge. Lots of space and capacity. Mostly couples and business visitors so not a lot of kids running around- which was great as was on a break away without ours! Mr Ozan, in the restaurant Aston team made our stay superb. He looked after us intently, all our dietary requirements and the service was ‘old school’ silver service, no lapse in the delivery the entire three days we were there. They are VERY particular about the food and its delivery and it’s a very high level of service. Ozan made us feel at home and we felt looked after entirely. The reception areas are huge, Bentley room - very British cigar room type feel. Upstairs, the only downside: no Aircon, but fans were provided and helped a lot. Only a duvet- no sheet, so was even hotter. The rooms are massive but are now needing a bit of refurbishment. No Aircon as mentioned, the bathrooms don’t have mixed taps but are huge and the water pressure is great and they were very clean. The rooms were generally VERY well appointed and house keeping when called were speedy and sorted everything out. Our first room had a very knackered mattress, and they changed us out without any hesitation. So we had an overall enjoyable stay, the 2nd room and mattress was spot on. Grounds are massive and lovely to walk. We had a good explore and found it has a lot to offer!
