Super 8 by Wyndham Williamsburg

We rented 5 rooms for a stopping place on a multi family vacation. They moved one family to another room cause their room was disgusting. Gap under the door let bugs and dirt in. Dirty toilet, dead and live bugs, filthy comforters.

2 beds, 2 people, 1 towel, $94.00 not worth it,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, , ..................... . .....

Past it's prime, rundown, not very clean, bathtub dirty, and there were bugs in the room. Couldn't wait to leave. It needs to be remodeled or closed down. We were desperate and needed the room. I do not recommend.

We were tired and needed to sleep. The other hotel was much more$$$ and this was in our budget of approx 80 USD. But I really wish I had chosen the holiday inn as this place is a real dump. It smelled and the beds were loosing springs through the mattress , Flies flying around and upon leaving cockroaches were on the tv stand. I am itchy just writing this. The sink was missing the enamel as was the tub. And the tub drain was broken. At the time of arrival I had no choice I was stuck. We should have just slept in the car. No Wi-Fi and just bare bones for free breakfast. No sweetener available either for coffee. I am so mad that Wyndham put their name to this dump. I ideally like the super 8’s. But never again will I stay in another. Dirtiest room I have ever seen. Shameful!

The front entrance door was filthy and full of cobwebs where my wife and I debated staying of which we regretted doing so. The check in attendant was very nice but the room was dirty. There was a thick film on the vanity mirror you could write your name in..We were looking forward to a hot shower but the drain backed up over our feet and was gross. The bed seamed smaller than a queen and the mattress was very worn with a valley down the middle where my wife and I kept rolling into one another..the toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. Breakfast was to be served from 6a to 9a we checked in a couple time but nothing was out but an open gallon of milk that looked spoiled..the morning attendant was sleeping at the counter and woke up as we exited the building.

toenail clippings in carpet, mold over mirror spiders over floor lamp. only one wash cloth and one soap front desk assured me they would be me another wash cloth and soap, never did Called left a message for front desk it was ignored as well

It looks decent online and from the outside. However, do not make assumptions from that. Every part of the room was absolutely filthy and ownership clearly could not care less. As you can see from the pictures, black mold in the bathroom, every surface was dirty and stained, the bedding and mattress had burn holes, dried blood on the bathroom wall, someone else’s hand prints on the bathroom door mirror, cigarette burns on the vanity. Everything was filthy. Everything. We would have changed hotels but we had been on the road all day and it was really late. The bed was filthy and absolutely uncomfortable. It’s an old spring mattress that’s pitted in the middle. The bathroom was filthy, the lamps were filthy. Absolutely will never stay here when visiting again. Spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn right next door. We can’t believe we paid $80 to stay here.

This place is horrible!! The rooms are nothing like the pictures! One room stunk so bad we had to get them to switch us to a different one. No ice, no breakfast or coffee. Guest laundry was only a dryer as the washer was broken. Apparently the cleaners live there.. they were up all night with loud music carrying tv’s from empty rooms to their rooms and somehow managed to stay up all day. The pool didn’t look so good.This place needs money put back into fixing it up or they just need to shut it down!!

I have never been in a room so nasty! Chicken and biscuit in the bed. ***** hair on bed, floor, shower etc. White stain on comforter. Air and fridge didn't work. Left immediately. Was only to stay for one night but no way I was allowing my daughter in there. I took pics and the front clerk assured me I would not be charged yet here I am finding the charge on my card. I cannot believe Super 8 , Wyndham, or Travelocity or Trip Advisor would even advertise or support this business. RUN!
