We had a wonderful time at the resort, played putt putt golf a Lot other games and watched movies. Great pool and other amenities great location we will defiantly be bavk

The ammenities at the resort are nice. The parking spaces at the units, too tight. Staying on the 3rd floor is a hit to you when lugging luggage in and out. Unit was clean, bed slept nice, kitchen worked well. Having the washer and dryer in unit made getting laundry done super easier. Staff friendly and respectful.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit which had plenty of space. The unit was comfortable and furnishings complete, including all the usual kitchen items. The resort fee was very reasonable for what it covered (pools, wifi, and all the games in the arcade, miniature golf, table tennis, pickleball etc). The pool areas (one inside, two outside, including one for adults only) wasn't crowded and we always was able to get a lounge chair. We never were asked to attend any "preview" or other presentation, so that's a positive (we did arrive late our first day). Customer service was always *very* responsive (we're talking less than 20 mins response time) and accommodating. The resort is pretty large with spaced out units, 2 and 3 stories that was easy to get around.

Beautiful property. Has several amenities for the family. There is a family pool hot tub and adult pool. A great game room, on site mini golf, jumbo checkers and chess, ping pong, corn hole, movie room and scheduled events. The site is a timeshare type property so dont be surprised when they ask you to attend a presentation. We did not attend as we were from the west coast and the opportunity would not suit us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit/condo. It was perfect, staff was friendly and replaced toiletries as doon as we requested them. The kitchen had everything we needed.we would definitely recommend this site to anyone we know traveling to the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The pool was nice.
Some odd items to me: no hand towels for the bathrooms in the rooms. Also, the dishwasher in our room was definitely old and a little beaten up. Could use some updates.
Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful resort. Amenities are free including those in the room. Parking was also quite convenient, but the best was the check in and out. Very fast and hassle free. This was definitely a good resort to choose when visiting Williamsburg.

The resort accommodated us as usual when it came to check in. We enjoyed bingo with Petee and then live music, and especially adult only painting while the kids relaxed in the game room. The only issue we had was the washing room needed to replace after several times they tried fixing it. But it did not stop us from making memories to cherish for a lifetime. The two people who always stand out are Petee and the guy that does the paint and sip their love for what they do is exceptionally should be recognized.
