Great sized room, well located and perfect for what we needed. Decor is good. No shared amenities and no onsite reception.

There is no front desk, and the location navigation is not particularly easy to find, but it is very clean。

It was right in the heart of town, a stones throw from the castle.
The only downside is that you will have to navigate lots of stairs (beware if you have large suitcases).

Super location near train station and castle. I’m 72 and managed to carry bags to the inn from the station. It had a large modern bathroom and a large room with comfortable beds. Air- conditioned, insulated from any street noise. Clean quite comfortable. Breakfast is served yourself cold continental which suited us after 12 days of full English breakfast. SO just help yourself to granola, yogurts, oj or apple juice . Cook yourself some toast and grab some jam. There’s hot water for coffee and tea. I would have enjoyed some brewed coffee but the Black Sheep coffee house is just a few steps away out the front door and turn left

Excellent location for anyone wanting to explore central Windsor & across the Thames for Eton. However, its location also has a downside - no easy access car parking.
As a superior room, it was a good size & had some nice touches, such as some fresh flowers & access to a fridge, although nothing in it.
The self-service system worked well, but not sure how it might have been, had there been a problem that needed sorting out outside of the specified hours.
Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Lovely place in a good location just off the main street in Windsor. But very noisy as niteclub nearby.
