Staff was all around friendly and helpful. The entire place was super clean. Food was excellent. They even have a nice shuttle to take you to their other properties. The room appeared newly remodeled and it was very comfortable. There was no downsides at all.

After driving for 8 hours, took showers that evening, needed clean towels 2nd day, hanged maid service sign on door and left for the day, got back to room that evening, it was never serviced. This was 2nd time we stayed there and the exact same thing happened the first time we stayed. Room was fairly clean except for the carpet was nasty, walked across carpet in bare feet ( midfle of the nite), our feet turned black. Front desk staff were friendly.
