Premier Inn Winnersh Hotel

It was good service pretty clean and friendly. Not in a bad location

Self check in, no staff available to report any problems Room wasn’t cleaned during stay. Very loud, inconsiderate neighbours banging around after returning to their rooms early hours, then ongoing banging shouting, stomping around both nights of my stay.

Very comfortable beds and quiet hotel, but sleep was let down by the people on the floor above stomping around their room. Room was spacious but no luggage rack for your suitcase. For the price paid for this hotel I would at least expect tissues in the bathroom and yes I could have used toilet paper but that was cheap and nasty. Breakfast had a good range even in the continental and staff were friendly. Location was good for what I needed.

The staff were so friendly and patient with us as we tried to get our toddler to cooperate when he wasn't having any of it. The hotel was clean throughout and our room was lovely. We booked a family room this time as our little one is big enough to sleep in a bed, and upon arrival the staff had left some bubbles (which were a good distraction to calm our little one as we'd arrived late in the evening and the kid was overtired) and some sweet treat which he enjoyed across the weekend. It was so thoughtful and a nice gesture to add to our stay. Access to CBeebies on the morning was an added bonus too whilst we were getting ready for the day. The bed was comfy and we slept very well. Breakfast was excellent - whomever cooks knows how to make poached eggs! There was plenty on offer and every waitstaff smiled and were very approachable. Bonus: there is a Costa next door- our favourite coffee shop! We would happily stay here again - and probably will as it's 5 minutes from the motorway and our friends' house, so it was super easy to get anywhere without needing to go into the middle of Reading or worry about parking.

We stayed 2 nights here on our trip around the UK. Trip to Ascot Races planned and this PI is walking distance to Winnersh Triangle Train Station which is 4 stops from Ascot. Reception staff were all friendly and room was usual PI standard. We like Premier Plus but they were either booked out or don’t have them here as it wasn’t an option when I booked. We dined at Bar & Block restaurant both nights and we would highly recommend as menu was varied and staff were super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Ascot.

Stayed as a stop over for onward travel to legoland. Everything was perfect from check-in to breakfast. Upon arrival rooms was clean and beds all set up as there were 4 of us staying in the room. A lovely personal touch was a lovely note from the team with chocolate and unicorn bath ducks for my two daughters. Straight away the bath had to be run for some fun time. Air con was easy to use and worked well, good wifi, TV in working order, beds super comfy. I was expecting noise from the train track but heard nothing. Breakfast was great from the service to food quality. Lots of choice on the continental and accommodating. My daughter just wanted scrambled egg and that was no trouble at all. We will return in the future when in this area. We didn't have evening meal as we were travelling late with 2 young children so had a services slip prior to arrival for food. But we would like to try this next time as the restaurant looked lovely and food smelt great when checking in.

Stayed in a room for a trip into London. Staff very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. And my room along with the whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast in the bar and block was nice. Prices were more than fair for this lovely stay, definitely staying again

Very welcoming atmosphere. Great staff. Very kind and can't do enough to help. Love the display of the sunflower scheme, advertising acceptance of neurodivergance. Employment of people with learning disabilities is wonderfully inclusive.

Excellent place and great service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good but its needs to change once in a while. Appreciate the services, esp by Francesca. She attended to every request I made to her. Even the other staff members are very friendly and supportive. Thanks a ton
