I like everything

Made a reservation for the wrong day and had to make 2 different reservations, and asked for a refund for the wrong reservation and the general manager refused to do so. The place was not well cleaned there was trash in the garage to my arrival the bathroom floor was not mopped and there was plastic cups on the floor sheets were stained as well

Bedding and towels were brilliant white and very high quality. Building is older but clean and kept up. Ice machine was a whiz. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. Room and bath is small but everything needed. We were worried about the star rating as we usually want 4 or more. Nice surprise and very good value.

190 for a king suite and all it was was a regular king bed very dissatisfied

We arrived at 11 pm after driving 9 hours and were told we only booked 1 room. I presented my confirmation for both rooms and after 30 minutes we were given another room. We paid for 2 days. Cash. I had to put a 100 deposit on my card. Our trip was cut short. We checked out and couldnt get our refund for the room we paid cash for. (keep in mind they didnt have a reservation for our second room)Not only that they charged my card 149.00. The bathroom was filty, the toliet had skid marks and the floor and tub was dirty. I rate this location a 2 out of 5. I will be filing a dispute for my refund.

loved the space that the room had. the room had a good smell to it. I have no complaints for this hotel. we didnt use the pool but liked that it was there for us to use. the staff was very nice in telling us that the room was not ready yet and that they were working on getting it ready for our stay. it was also easy to find.

Well, the poor rating for this hotel is earned. Broken furniture, fixtures, moldings in both rooms we were given. The only thing house cleaning does is make the beds, fold the shower curtain 7 pick up what they may see. In both rooms the carpeted floors were dirty (nasty) w/ debris. The walls & ceilings were filled w/ cobwebs, patching and pealing paint. In one of our rooms, the toilet overflowed after urinating. When we called the front desk, they told us to come to the service desk to get a plunger. House cleaning wouldn't clean up the mess or the room after I complained for the 2 nights we were there. The hot tub had a slime ring and tiles were falling off. Breakfast was average w/ waffle irons. I took a few photos and did a phone video incase of wrongful blame. There are better choices for your money in the Dells.

Beds are comfy and the hot breakfast was superb . Close to the downtown and the restaurants nearby, We would definitely stay at this place again on our next visit to dells. Staff were super friendly and would accommodate most of your needs.

Overall the hotel was good not great though because a few hiccups. Though they are making improvements to the hotel; if customer service and improvements are made they can improve their current ratings. The beds were comfortable; so we did have a good night sleep. The rooms have updated furniture, a charge stations for your electronic devices, nice size and newer fridges, a microwave, luggage rack, big iron board, and very clean. The downside for our particular room is the carpet needs to to be replaced just not visually appealing when you see open areas and staples in some areas. Most of carpet is fine but some areas look not that appealing. Also the room has a lot of open space; maybe adding another dresser would give the guest more storage and less open space. Also the furniture is newer but very sharp on the edges; I always bring corners bumpers with me though for my kids. The pool was nice and hot tub but they are remodeling at this time. I would also recommend the chlorine levels in hot tub because they were too strong during our visit. One bad thing also there was no towels ready for us at the pool; I had to go to the front desk and request some towels. I believe periodically they should bring towels to pool because guest don't want to do extra work. The breakfast was mainly carbs but good. They did have eggs and sausages. You are able to make your own waffles. Overall a better complimentary breakfast then other hotels. Lastly the lobby and breakfast area decor was great and very recommending. The only thing I would improve in lobby is to have automatic doors; Just because it is a pain for guess to bring luggage on luggage racks.
