Zufällig ein Besuch bei Gary im Biergarten, ist für uns nun ein Muß. Superschön angelegt. Auch sehr hundefreundlich. Unsere Hunde bekammen gleich ein Wasserschälchen gebracht. Sehr gutes Essen! Ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienungen. Alles perfekt! Wir habe gleich für den Folgetag einen Tisch reserviert.

Das Wirtshaus „Beim Gary“ ist seit längerem unsere erste Adresse am Sonntag Mittag. Das Essen ist überragend, egal was man auswählt. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast super aufgehoben. Wenn’s vom Wetter her passt, gerne im gemütlichen Biergarten. Der Service ist auch immer sehr freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Immer wieder gerne, darum 5 Sterne!!

Leider ein sehr unrühmliches Ende einer an sich gut überdachten Buchung. Das „automatische Buchungssystem“ führte angeblich einen kompletten Storno durch. Während der Inhaber noch freundlich eine Lösung suchte, entschied sich eine Angestellte für einen schnippischen anderen Weg. Schade. Wir reisen nicht an. Sieht man andere Bewertungen so scheint das kein Einzelfall. Anschließend haben noch über WhatsApp unverschämte Nachrichten erhalten. Wir sind das aus den VAE und anderen Ländern als international Vielreisende nicht gewohnt. Ausdrücklich möchte ich mein Bedauern dem Chef des Hauses aussprechen. Wir hätten uns einen anderen Verlauf gewünscht.

Had booked for 2 days and had to change my tour at short notice due to postponements. Then had to cancel the 2nd night. Even though I have stayed here several times a year, I was still paying full price. The focus here is not on customer service and friendliness, but only on pure profit. A cappuccino for breakfast, for example, costs extra. The boss and the entire staff should urgently work on your friendliness, a smile seems to be a foreign word here. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast are good.
