What a beautiful place to stay! The rooms feel really premium and have lovely views of the river. The staff were amazing and attentive from check in, at the bar and breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel. We loved sitting outside by the river having a drink with the music in the background. A great way to end our minimoon!

Staff service location fantastic, only issue was shower seemed to have run out of hot water and was ice cold and I had full head of shampoo to remove!

Got upgraded to a while two bed flat! Only booked a double room.
Flat was amazing. Looked out over river. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Stayed here when en route to Cardiff on a lovely summers day Stayed on Monday night, which was unfortunate as the restaurant was closed so no outdoor seating other than a very small terrace off the bar A very small lift to get you to upper floors Comfortable, bed and linen Decent lighting Nice seating area Very blingy room, lots of mirrored and glass furniture, plush soft furnishings. Room with a river view, but not as advertised on website had to stand up and look out the window to see small part of the river No Aircon in room, but fan was provided Breakfast was free and very nice. Waitress was very friendly. Public car park adjacent to hotel. No specific hotel parking Nice location for walks along the river and into town Went to Diglis hotel for drinks in their garden overlooking the river as Browns we felt like an inconvenience to get a drink in their bar.

We arrived after a 4 and half journey and the staff were amazing especially Sam.Customer service was outstanding the bar is normally closed on Monday but the team were more than helpful with cases and cared about our stay .thanks we will come back ❤️

We had our wedding reception at Browns and stayed in the apartment for our honeymoon. The service we received from Eva and Mia throughout our wedding meal was superb. The ladies were professional and attentive to everyone. The apartment is fantastic overlooking the River Seven. So relaxing. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding day special at Browns.

Excellent and worthy of this 2nd visit. Opulence throughout, no expense spared on making and keeping this hotel at a high level. Room, hotel, restaurant and food all of the very best quality. 1 star off as on both days breakfast took almost an hour. Location is perfect, public parking nearby.
