5 out of 5 - everything when and where we needed it. Great food. Big Family Rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Parking on&off site. Perfect location for someone just passing through Wrocław. Free Wi-Fi with very good commection all over the hotel.

My wife and I visited hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive room on the 10th floor and equally pleased to receive a bar of chocolate with a message on a postcard to welcome us. The hotel is very good for all travellers including families and it is spotlessly clean. We ate breakfast in the restaurant on all 3 days and the foods, drinks and choice available was excellent. Drinks in the bar were also great. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Wrocław and only a 15 minute walk to the Town Square. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. We had a super time and we would be happy to return.

I am a frequent guest, extremely friendly and helpful service especially reception. Young people, always smiley. I sincerely thank Mrs. Kasi for solving my problem and not having to! No gorgeous but comfortable, quiet and clean. I recommend the atmosphere. The hotel is extremely friendly.

This is a fine, comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the old town market square. It is ultra modern with fine amenities. Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.

So easy to find from Wroclaw Glowny Train Station!..8 minute walk. Felt safe..Fab check-in..Receptionists all lovely and night manager saved my day as I had lost my phone charger...he lent me one for the night!..Room was comfy..not many TV channels sadly..bed was comfy although pillows bit too soft. WIFI was brilliant..Sauna was excellent and hot. Shame no Steam Room..Lots of hot water and shower was good. Breakfast was plentiful and filling..lots of choices!..Location was excellent as was near Airport bus stop and major attractions just up the road. Highly recommended and I would return..Thank you!

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

The unpleasant surprise was that for a guaranteed place on the parking, it turns out, it was necessary to call the oil in advance on the receptacle and order this place for your car ... without this place my car there was not found. Uy ... Everything else is at a good level. It is quite comfortable for rest.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

Hotel in good, pleasant location. Easy way to check in. Fully meets basic expectations. Good quality ratio to price. I'll definitely book again in the future.
