Staying at the E-Shang Hotel Wuhan University of Technology Wenzhi Street Subway Station store was a truly comfortable experience. The hotel is right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and bright, with new and complete facilities, and the smart room features offered a great experience. It was quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful free laundry and return service was a lifesaver, solving any worries about laundry while traveling – very considerate. The breakfast selection was rich, and they even had authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles, which tasted just like the real thing. The staff were warm and patient, paying attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

I was on a business trip in Optics Valley. I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was really good. The lobby was very clean and tidy. I just entered the door and heard the greeting at the front desk. Because I came for the first time, I was not familiar with the surrounding area. The front desk lady was very patient to inform me how to take the car where I went. How to take the subway, how to take the bus, when to traffic jam, when not to traffic jam, where to eat around, where to have fun, left a deep impression on me, so I decided to come over for a business trip in the future, I will live in this store, and oh, this store's breakfast, hot dry noodles are really delicious, Wuhan I love you!

The room had great natural light and a good separation of wet and dry areas. The smart toilet was very comfortable to use. The beef noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious. Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

Last year, I chose Yishang Hotel when I came here for business, and the overall experience was quite good, so I chose it again this time. However, I don't know if my Ctrip booking was met with disdain during check-in, but an older woman with short hair looked constipated. Because I have poor sleep quality, I specifically asked her to arrange a quiet room for me. The woman glanced at me, and I thought she understood my request. The worst part was the constant smell of smoke that made me cough. I tossed and turned all night and barely slept.
