The service was excellent. First, the hotel is very close to the concert venue. Upon check-in, my hand wasn't feeling well, but there was no concierge to help with my luggage. The next day, the lobby manager personally came to apologize and gave me a thoughtful little gift. All rooms at the hotel include a complimentary breakfast for two, and I tried it once; the selection was quite generous, better than most hotels. Another highlight is the Chinese restaurant, which offers great value for money and very fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

What an incredibly pleasant surprise of a stay! This cinema-themed hotel is an absolute paradise for movie buffs. The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic, immersive ambiance. The giant projector screen offered crystal-clear picture quality, and the sound system was on par with a professional cinema. It was such a treat to simply lie in bed and enjoy a private movie screening – absolutely delightful! The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member, from the front desk to room service, was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The room facilities were all five-star standard, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding and premium bathroom amenities. The location was also super convenient, with Wanda Plaza right downstairs, countless dining options nearby, and excellent transportation links. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves movies and appreciates high-quality accommodation. I will definitely be returning!

經常出差首選這家酒店，停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務專業，會員還幫忙免費升級，房間窗户大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大，並且電視屏幕大 清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。窗簾遮光性好，智能馬桶體驗感滿分。早餐是自助餐，現煮的熱乾麪炸醬麪，品種很多，應有盡有服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。房間面積大，通風效果不錯。被子柔軟睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度 手機信號強，免費WiFi，還有值得一提的森林氧吧蛋，凈化空氣，促進睡眠！

留下深刻的印象，每天一打掃，地面保持乾淨，浴巾，毛巾更換，床鋪整理更換及時，無毛髮等。尤其，室內無異味。 出行非常方便呀，滴滴，出租車隨時可以叫到。 令我開心的是酒店附近有很多小餐館，味道嘎嘎香！ 若下次來武漢，我會選擇康泰酒店👏👏👏

We took our child to Wuhan for three days during the Spring Festival. Since the child loves playing in the water, we specifically chose this hotel with a swimming pool. However, we only found out upon arrival that the pool's opening hours were shortened during the Spring Festival, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM to 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The pool itself was still very nice, with three lanes, a depth of 1.2 meters, and relatively clear water; we didn't smell any disinfectant. We went there as soon as it opened in the morning, and it was just our whole family there, along with the gym. The receptionist, a young woman, was very enthusiastic, always standing up to greet us with a friendly smile. We booked a business twin room, which was very spacious, with a separate shower and toilet, and also equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and clothes rack – a big plus. Breakfast was included with the room reservation, served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Even though we arrived a little late, the breakfast wasn't cleared out on time, but everything was still there! The food was quite plentiful, including various noodles, hand-pulled pancakes, Chinese pastries, bread, various porridges, drinks, yogurt, and fruit. Value for money: This hotel offers excellent value for money. The only downside is its location; it's a bit far from Hankou and Wuchang districts. However, it's convenient to get to the airport and access the highway. It's a few hundred meters from the subway.

The little sister at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. We called to ask when we arrived late. When we arrived at the hotel, we also helped us upgrade the room. It was very intimate, the room was clean and tidy, and we were very satisfied!

During my business trip to Wuhan, I'm staying near Fengshu 6th Road. I've tried all the local hotels, and this one offers the most reasonable price. It's a proper hotel with breakfast and its own spacious parking lot, making parking hassle-free. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. In contrast, other places in the 100+ RMB range are more like basic guesthouses, often situated above street-side shops, and parking is a real nightmare. The rooms here are significantly larger than competitors, very clean, odor-free, and excellently soundproofed, ensuring a quiet stay. Other seemingly 'same-priced' options nearby lack breakfast, don't have dedicated parking, offer smaller rooms, and are typically converted private residences rather than actual hotels – yet they're often pricier. Having compared various accommodations during my business travels, this place truly stands out and absolutely deserves a full 5-star rating.

The room is on the 15th floor. You must swipe your card to get to the floor you are staying in. It feels safe, clean, and quick to clean. The soundproofing is good. You can see the Yangtze River from the window. There is a bus outside the hotel. It takes 3 stops to get to the entrance of Metro Line 3 and 6. It is very convenient to travel. The hot dry noodles in the morning buffet taste good. There are many people eating there. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; every corner was sparkling clean. All the amenities provided were brand new, which was very reassuring to use. The location is superb, with easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. I'll definitely be back!
