The next day, the lobby manager personally came to apologize and gave me a thoughtful little gift. All rooms at the hotel include a complimentary breakfast for two, and I tried it once; the selection was quite generous, better than most hotels. Another highlight is the Chinese restaurant, which offers great value for money and very fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. Clean and sanitary, with complete and advanced facilities. The lake view room is beautiful and the balcony is great. The service is good. The waiter met the needs in time when we needed to see handicrafts and extra mineral water. The only drawback is that we went to eat at around 8:30 during the breakfast peak, and many food and drinks were out of supply, so we had a hasty breakfast. The most satisfactory thing is the location of the hotel, the lawn outside the first floor and the lakeside. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.
