前台服務態度很差！沒聯繫客人的情況下隨意亂收延長服務費，前台衹説打電話到房間沒人接，不打客人電話聯繫本人，居然説沒有客人電話！！！我在攜程訂的，會沒有電話嗎？？？都開始這麼明目張膽的亂收費了嗎？我住了幾年酒店了，第一次你們這樣的理由，是聯繫不上還是不想聯繫？？？
