Ich fragte nach Restaurantleistungen : "Wir haben hier an der Bar einige Kleinigkeiten zu Essen und Getränke, wie an der Wand beschrieben. Sie können die kaufen, aber nur in Ihrem Zimmer oder ausserhalb des Hotels konsumieren, nicht aber hier an den Tischen und Stühlen der Bar. Das sehen dann vorbeikommende Menschen die dann reinkommen und auch was wollen. Da aber unser System ausgefallen ist, dauert alles dreimal so lange und das machen wir nicht." Ich fragte nochmal und erhielt die gleiche Antwort. Da kämen halt Leute und die machen Arbeit. Wir könnten ja auch gut auf der Treppe vor dem Hotel (mit direktem Blick auf die menschenleere Bar) sitzen. Wir gingen. Nie wieder IBIS. Und schon gar nicht Würzburg. Isoliert war unser Zimmer auch in der Theorie. Frühstück ????

Very convenient Location. Hotel neat and clean. Can't fault any of the services. In fact they did make it convenient for us for assisting us with our needs , within their rules. Requested a kettle, was provided one against a deposit and returned promptly on check out. Didn't have to call the House keeping for any issues with the room or servicing. But of course it's a typical IBIS hotel , so do not expect anything extraordinary ( read as Room sizes, amenities ..). The Best part was to view outside from the Breakfast room..see pics , which we enjoyed everyday during Breakfast.

Modern and well-maintained structure, room and bathroom of sufficient size. About 20 minutes walk from the center. We didn't use the breakfast, which in our opinion was too expensive, but at the bar you can get a pastry and/or a hot drink (there is also the petrol station kiosk opposite which offers cheap hot breakfasts). Parking at the hotel is expensive, but in the surrounding streets (near the petrol station) you can park for free on the street, just check the signs carefully because some spaces are reserved for residents even if marked with white lines.

Tolles Hotel, schön gelegen, super nette Mitarbeiter. Preis und Qualität auch beim Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Hier stimmt alles vom General Manager bis Zimmermädchen- alle machen einen tollen Job. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder!

My husband said the cot had the best mattress of his life. Room was comfortable. Very generous breakfast with many choices. Hotel is in a great location to explore. Child friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This is our go to hotel when we are travelling from the west to the south of Germany, which we do quite regularly. In the many times that we have stayed here, we have never once had a negative experience. When travelling with our children, it is the up most importance to us that our children are also welcomed and accommodated for. The staff are always friendly, there is a children’s corner provided and a big bonus is that the car park is just across the road. The location is very good, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city centre, even with kids dragging their feet after a long drive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Family rooms are available. A delicious buffet breakfast (including waffle machine) is enjoyed with a fascinating view of the old harbour. Top hotel, would always recommend.

Very good Ibis hotel with super friendly service. Got a large room at the back. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center and there's a bus stop 50 meters from the hotel. I can recommend this hotel and would book it again myself soon.
