辦理入住體驗~一家4口到達酒店大廳問前台有沒有行李服務員幫忙拉行李，結果前台說沒有，服務員已經下班需要自己拉行李，4星酒店竟然沒有安排足夠的工作人員為顧客服務，還告知那邊有車自己拉，這服務態度實在是讓人無語，最後突然間有位女士出來協助我們拉行李，總算是有解決了問題。 房間乾淨，浴室沒有異味，該有的洗漱用品都有，床的舒適感不錯。 洗衣服務這快，還需改進，大人與小孩衣服洗衣價格一樣，國外多數洗小孩衣物都有半價優惠，但這裡沒有。 退房服務~前台小姐姐沒有笑容，沒有熱情，給人感覺是很不友善。 行李員更是糟糕，一副很不高興的樣子，不主動幫忙拉行李，到達大廳後直接把行李擱在一旁不搭理了，我叫了6人專車來接，結果沒有行李員幫忙，需自己把所有行李拉出去，真的是很糟糕的體驗。雖然房間乾淨，酒店漂亮，位置不錯，但不會再入住，因為體驗感不滿意。員工需再好好培訓，酒店服務業最重要的就是員工需讓客人有感覺賓至如歸的感覺，而不是讓顧客感覺冷漠的服務。

This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed on the 30th night. During the National Day holiday, Changguangxi Hotel insisted on basically not increasing the price. The hotel environment is very good, across the road is Changguangxi National Wetland Park, it is a quiet place during the holidays, it is worth a visit, we also used a ** group for a 218 lunch at Shuiyue Villa in the park, plus 2 58 yuan / drunk crab, This is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Wuxi for five days. But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?

There are several points that can be improved, ① The bathroom handle is loose, and the ***** on the shower door is sometimes tight and difficult to push ② The projector remote control has no cover, and the device is a bit slow after pressing the buttons ③ If it is a disposable face towel, It is better to prepare more and use it in the morning and evening. 4. The toilet paper is of average quality. 5. There is light leakage from the top of the curtains. It would be better to add a baffle so that you can sleep comfortably. 6. The projection screen can be moved to the right to compromise the viewing angles between the bed and the sofa.

The location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.
