This is a very bad accommodation experience. I will never stay in this hotel again. First, the parking lot below is dirty and messy, and it stinks like the toilet. Second, random charges. The next day, I had breakfast on the second floor with two children, one was 1.3 meters tall and the other was 1.5 meters tall. The waiter said that the children were over 1.2 meters tall and they would charge 2 full breakfasts for 96 yuan. I communicated with their supervisor and they also replied that they would charge 2 full breakfasts for a total of 96 yuan. After paying 96 yuan, I always felt something was wrong. Later, I opened Ctrip and saw that the breakfast fee standard was: 1.2-1.4 meters children, half price for breakfast. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel admitted and apologized and refunded part of the amount. I hope the hotel can make improvements, otherwise the business will get worse and worse.
