Pleasantly surprised by this lovely inn right inside the famous Nian Hua Bay. The stay was memorable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was great and delicious. Perfect place for a family holiday :)

The rooms are very big which include beds, a sofa set, toilet with a separated shower cubicle, a pantry. There are various performances at night that are really impressive. The flower sea 花海 is so beautiful 😍. A good place for a relaxing retreat.

It is not a hotel. More like a resort house. Resort outlook looks like rundown house. But interior was well maintained. Although bedsheets seems a bit dirty. Need to go through main desk of the resort to arrange for resort transport to get to place of stay. Overall convenient for elderly to stay and enjoy inside the resort.

Recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting Nianhuawan, as there's lots of family activities and performances in the night. A little pricey but a good experience.

Service from the main receptionist of the house is good. But the same cannot be said of everyone. Overall, very good experience because of the attractions and convenience. Recommend to stay one night.

We stayed in Zen Village, Zhiyue District, located in the center of the town. The pomegranate flowers and roses in the courtyard are very beautiful. The garden is also well-maintained. The room is quite large and there is a dining table. The housekeeper was waiting at the shuttle luggage car drop-off point and told us the location of the breakfast and check-out service center. Later, another housekeeper (Shou Zihao) added our WeChat account. Fortunately, we went out happily only to find that we didn’t bring the door card. Xiaoshou immediately found the guest room to open the door. In the evening, he sent us a detailed schedule of the light show, water curtain show, and drone show, the specific location, and the use of the flower code. It is very useful, not in a hurry, eating, drinking tea, shopping, Zen experience, and watching the show are not delayed. Nianhua Bay is very beautiful. If there are not many tourists, it is really an immersive experience of oriental aesthetic life. Go to the sea of ​​flowers in the early morning, colorful, and various flowers bloom at their own pace, anytime and anywhere. The beautiful women and handsome men in each shop are so kind and friendly. Nianhua Hall and Nianhua Zen Temple are very distinctive. Experience copying scriptures, incense bags, and teahouses for tea and archery. Very happy

I booked on Ctrip in advance, but it rained heavily on that day. Wang Yi, the front desk of the inn, was very enthusiastic. She called to confirm in advance on the day of check-in and sent the address navigation and picture instructions. Because I came here once with friends during the Qingming Festival, I mentioned it casually when checking in. The front desk asked me to add the WeChat of Xu Qiang and Yu Chao, the front desk of another inn, and told me that I could contact them on WeChat if I had any questions. During the stay, the front desk will send warm reminders to inform that there are more mosquitoes in summer and pay attention to close the doors and windows. The performance schedule will also be sent in time to inform the performance venue and time. The service is in place and the check-in experience is very good. I stayed in the rainy season. The room is generally clean and refreshing. The only regret is that I didn’t see the drone show in the Smile Square because of the rain twice. I will come again next time when the weather is good, and I must make up for this regret.

The service attitude is very good. Before check-in, the front desk lady Wang Yi contacted and added WeChat and sent a detailed check-in itinerary. It was raining heavily that day, and I brought two children with me and a lot of gifts. The staff helped to carry them all the way. If there was any problem, they contacted me and helped to solve it as soon as possible.

The environment is nice, especially at night, it feels like a fairyland. The service attitude is also very good, especially Wang Tiantian and Yang Xin, who speak softly, patiently and meticulously. I will go there again next time.

This is my second time staying at Nianhua Bay. I like the environment here and the service. They provide smiling service, are enthusiastic, patient, and considerate of customers. Because of the recent rainy days, the quilt in the room I stayed in was a little damp and the environment was a little noisy. The housekeeper's WeChat (Shou Zihao) asked me how I rested the next morning. I told him a little about the situation, and they asked about it, and then said they would change the room for me. Their attitude was very good, which touched me a lot. So I will stay here again next time just for your service.

Nianhua Bay is fun enough, there are many handicrafts inside, suitable for children to kill time ~ The night show is quite exciting, there are many photo scenes ~ The overall landscape is good ~ But the room accommodation is a bit bad, even if the bathroom is understandable in the rainy season, but the bathroom is moldy on all four walls except the floor, which is really unacceptable. Secondly, there is no curtain on this window, and it woke us up at 5 o'clock, which was a bad experience.
