"This hotel is located near Sanyang Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around. The views are fantastic, especially at night when you can see the city center's nightscape. The room is spacious, with a modern minimalist style, and the large bed is really comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful; you can reach them through the hotel's WeChat if you need anything. There are also plenty of famous Wuxi local eateries nearby, like Sanfeng Bridge and Wangxingji. It's also a shopping district, so retail therapy is a breeze. There's even an anime-themed mall downstairs – worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing, it's quite fun! The overall vibe of the hotel is great, and the environment is excellent. Friends visiting Wuxi should definitely come and experience this high-rise hotel. Highly recommended! ✨"

"The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable."

"This place was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the front desk lady for the room upgrade; the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, I'm very satisfied. It was super clean, and the bed was so soft. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, I was blown away as soon as I arrived in Wuxi. They even have a gym! The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to manage. I'm not sure if the central AC was on a unified control at the time and only able to blow warm air, but the room was quite warm and I couldn't get the AC to cool it down."

"The location is excellent, right in the city center with convenient transportation nearby. It's only a few hundred meters from the subway station, and there are many malls and restaurants around, making shopping and dining very easy. The hotel faces a construction site to the south, so the front desk kindly moved me to a north-facing room. The room's hygiene was very good, though the soundproofing wasn't the best. The self-service breakfast had a limited variety but was sufficient. Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money."

"The hotel's location is absolutely superb. After exiting the hotel and turning right, you walk about 100 meters, go through an underpass to cross the road, and you'll emerge directly facing Nanshangtang. The famous Nanchang Street is just across the river, parallel to Nanshangtang. Nanshangtang is narrower, while Nanchang Street is wider, and there's a bridge connecting them. If you keep walking straight, you'll reach Qingming Bridge, which offers beautiful views. If you don't feel like walking along the river, there's a ferry you can take. It's very pleasant to wander around, shop, and eat. When you get tired, you can easily return to the hotel to rest and then head out again to see the night views when it gets dark. The hotel is a well-established five-star property, and its facilities are definitely up to standard, offering an old-school luxury. The room decor still has a decade-old style, which is understandable, but the rooms are spacious, and the view of Nanchang Street at night from the window is stunning. The hotel is also very close to the airport, a convenient 20-minute drive. It's about 10 kilometers to Yuantouzhu, and some traffic during cherry blossom season is to be expected and acceptable. Service: The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the service. There was absolutely none of the rigorously trained service attitude you'd expect from a long-standing hotel. During check-in and check-out, there were no smiles or greetings like ”hello.” This wasn't just a few individuals; it was consistent across all front desk staff and the luggage storage area. They were cold and unwelcoming, which was very surprising. A smile should be a basic requirement."

Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout.
