Is 18 degree water acceptable for a hot bath? Imagine going to a new room and the same problem happens. Then, a representative from the hotel comes to your room and says that 18 degree water is normal. This is the worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m including one star hotels. They lied to my face and refused to provide a room with warm water. My girlfriend and I were so pissed, we wanted to leave. They offered to let us go only if forfeited the right to leave a review. We decided to stay in part to write this review. This place clearly has plumbing issues and rather than fix it, they just take the PR hit. Also, the breakfast is not 5 star quality.

The hotel room faces the Qili Scenic Embankment of Taihu Lake. The scenery is beautiful. The large lawn of the hotel is suitable for setting up tents. The hotel room is large and suitable for living. The hotel lobby has a high ceiling and looks very grand.

We got up at five in the morning to see the sunrise over Taihu Lake. During the May Day holiday, my family went out to travel together. Because we wanted to check in at Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Buddha, we specially chose Taiyue, and I was not disappointed. The overall style is the Jiangnan garden style. The room faces Taihu Lake and is right next to the Qili Scenic Dike. It is very beautiful to ride the bicycle provided by the hotel for a tour. The reception at the hotel front desk was warm and the room was specially upgraded. Although the hotel was built for a while, the overall feeling is still very good and suitable for vacation.

The second day of sleeping on the bed, my waist was sore. The pillow looked big, but it turned into a piece of paper when I lay on it.
